Indigo conducted yet another successful workshop at a school in Raleigh. Students from the Wake County school were highly delighted with the Bollywood context, and the dancing. They participated in what was, in their words. ‘ a very enlightening and enjoyable” learning time.
The workshop, with both teachers and high school students thoroughly enjoying the Bollywood dancing and jumping in to learn new steps they had never tried before, is part of Indigo’s ongoing mission to bring awareness of Indian cinema as a significant part of modern Indian society – to a growing diverse American population.
