Bollywood Dance for Kids in Raleigh
Bollywood Dance is the genre arising out of the song & dance routines onscreen Indian cinema. “Bollywood”(Bombay’s Hollywood) is the largest movie production industry in Asia. Our class offers a fun, relaxed intro to this style and gives children a glimpse into modern & traditional India. Children learn with imagination, creativity, and encouragement, and our class has tons to offer in that respect! Young children benefit from the experience of our gifted and highly experienced faculty. They are taught vivacious routines in this class on age-appropriate Bollywood songs, and in a fun-loving atmosphere.
A parent and longtime teacher, founder Priya knows how to bring the best out in children. She has a refined edge in making even complex dance routines easy to follow. Leave it to the skilled eye of an expert tutor to make your little butterflies sparkle in dance!

Children get to participate in academy recitals and multi-cultural public festivals. Engaging, entertaining, colorful, fun, and open to individual interpretation, this Bollywood Performance class gives Tweens a taste of both traditional & modern Indian culture. It simultaneously builds coordination & social dance skills, musicality, above all, kids pick up eloquent lyrical & physical expression!

Children get many opportunities to participate in public, multi-cultural festivals with dance recitals. They surprise friends & family with their new interest.

How to register and pay for the regular class at Brier Creek
You may register to this class through the City of Raleigh Parks & Recreations using any one of the three methods below. Please make sure to refer the BARCODE for CLASS DESCRIPTION when registering
A. Register Online through the City of Raleigh Parks RecLink: You will need to create an account: https://reclink.raleighnc.gov/Start/start.asp. Register at least 1 week before the class start date.
B. Walk-In to the Center during hours 9a- 9p on weekdays, Sat/Sun: 9a- 5p, Ph: (919) 420 2340. Center accepts cash, check all major debit and credit cards. If using checks to pay, please make checks payable to “Raleigh Parks & Recreation”
C. Mail in your Registration Form **: Download Form Send Form &payment to Raleigh Parks & Recreation Business Office, Pullen Arts Center, Pullen Road, Raleigh NC 27607. **Please ensure to mail in your registration & payment at least TWO WEEKS before the start of the first lesson.
