BOLLYWOOD at the Jim Graham arena- NC State Fairgrounds 2017
In a 100,100 sq feet arena, (twice the size of the Expo Center) and fully red-carpeted attraction to thousands of female shoppers looking for deals on the Best brand names in America, Indigo’s Teen-Adult students rocked the stage at the Southern Women’s Show today, giving a taste of Bollywood and Indian folk to the mainstream audience that fully appreciated the fare! Anchored superbly by Soni Peterson, it was yet another show in the success story by Indigo’s awesome students who regularly showcase their fare in upscale events for our diverse American communities.
Rhea, Tangela, Asha, Vaishali, Neha, Lindsey, Satya, Sri, C.L and Priya entertained the audience with several different folk-based and cinematic tracks. With rapid-fire changing of costumes for every dance, these students of 2017 came across as staunch professionals in their style, showmanship and stamina and had the audience clapping, cheering and joining in throughout the one hour B-Special at this fully red-carpeted largest women’s Expo at NC State Fairgrounds.
